Terms of Service

These terms are between you and CircleCampus Kft., trading as CircleCampus, for the courses and learning service at learn.circlecampus.co. By using or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What you buy

A course purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for as long as they remain available. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute the videos, worksheets, or written material.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The First Impressions Playbook is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. For course or account support, contact support@circlecampus.co.

Your account

Access is granted to the account activated from the secure link sent to the email address used at payment. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights. Do not upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without authorisation, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another person’s account or paid materials without permission.

Intellectual property

CircleCampus Kft. retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including our software, course content, documentation and branding, except for material owned by our licensors. Your purchase grants a personal licence to use the materials, not ownership of them. You retain rights in your own practice answers and other submissions, and permit us to store and process them only as needed to provide the learning service.

Availability

We aim to keep courses available continuously, but we may update, improve, or replace content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. If a course is permanently withdrawn we will give reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue; immediate suspension may be necessary to protect users or the service. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
